In India, the word CNC Plasma Cutting is synonymous with one entity. Pro-Arc welding & Cutting Systems Pvt Ltd!

The largest Indian manufacturers of CNC Plasma cutting machine’s life began in the year 1991 making PCBs and control panel for welding automation. In mere 2 years, they started manufacturing welding machines itself. In 1993, their first machine, a MIG welding machine received a well-deserved response from the industry. A year later, in 1994, Pro-Arc shifted focus to the niche area of welding automation.

It was in the year 1995 that they finally got into the field for which they have known today: Plasma Cutting Machines! And their PAC 100 was a hit! The year 1996 saw them garner their first big name with the supply of their first CNC profile cutting machine to the Naval Dockyard at Vishakapatnam which was followed by a CNC gas profile cutter being supplied to the Indian Railways as well in the year 1998. The world now knew their prowess in Plasma Cutting!

The decade of 2000 saw a meritorious rise of Pro-Arc with their machines gracing their presence in most of the known industrial set-ups in India and abroad including the Middle-East. The decade also saw them experiment with world-class technologies and present the industry with unique solutions such as the “Triple Torch Rotary Bevel”, the “Underwater CNC Plasma Cutting Machine” and the “Rotary Bevel Plasma Cutting Machine”.

Research and provision of unique solutions continued into the next decade with the year 2012 witnessing the release of Pro-Arc’s “CNC Pipe Cutting Machine” followed by the “CNC Plate Processing Machine” in 2014.

The year 2016 was momentous when Pro-Arc supplied its 500th “CNC Profile Cutting Machine”! Equally significant was its shift from its previous cramped location to an upscale manufacturing facility of 30,000 sq ft at Chimbali near Pune!

Pro-Arc’s growth till now has been nothing but meritorious, meticulous and meaningful. And this does not end here. With industrial scenario in India and its neighbourhood looking set for growth for a long time, Pro-Arc’s days ahead shall continue to look positive.
