Mr Jyoti Jindal of Jindal Prefab, Gurgaon is all praises for Pro-Arc, its machines and most of all the company’s attitude towards its products and the industry in general.

Mr Jindal mentioned that their experience in the metal fabrication industry has been of 25 years and in these years they have had the opportunity of using products manufactured by competition including a few from Germany, Italy and China. Despite having different machines from different geographies, they were always on the look-out of THAT one machine/ technology which gave an awesome performance while remaining trouble and maintenance-free which they found in ProArc. 
  
Their association with ProArc has been a relatively recent one of 6 months in which they find ProArc’s service to be “ultimate”! None of Mr Jindal’s subordinates operating these machines ever call him to report a breakdown! THEY SIMPLY DO NOT BREAKDOWN! This attribute made them buy two more machines at IMTEX 2018!

Mr Jindal finds the machines from ProArc too good for an “Indian Company” and finds the employee dedication exemplary. Having had the opportunity of visiting ProArc on its “Annual Day”, he was pleasantly surprised by their sheer dedication towards work, which according to him presents a very good sign of the company’s health. He is sure ProArc shall go places in terms of “quality and quantity” without doubts and most of all, it shall rise in terms of “exemplary commitment”!

With service and products being so good, Mr Jindal feels he is an extended part of the Pro-Arc family! In one word if he has to describe Pro-Arc, it would come to “Nice & positive Folks including their workers”. Not exactly a single word, but it does describe a single attribute though!
In passing, he mentions that an organization where the workers 
are positive, no power can stop its growth!
